Тергеу изоляторында жатқан азаматтар сайлауға қатысты
Сайлау күні Алматы қаласы бойынша Қылмыстық-атқару жүйесі департаментіне қарасты Тергеу изоляторы бойынша 1001 тергеу қамауына алынған азамат, яғни күдікті, айыпталушы және сот үкімі заңды күшіне енбеген сотталғандар Парламент Мәжілісі мен мәслихаттар депутаттарына дауыс берді. ЛА-155/18 түзеу мекемесінде (Тергеу изоляторы) №479 жабық сайлау учаскесі құрылып, ол санитарлық талаптарға сай жабдықталған. Сағат таңғы 7-де ашылған сайлау учаскесіне тергеу қамауына алынғандар мекеме бақылаушыларының қадағалауымен жеткізіліп, оларға бетперде мен медициналық қолғап, қалам берілді.
- Сайлау процесі кезінде санитарлық нормалардың сақталуына баса назар аударылды. Мекемеде сайлауалды жұмыстар кезінде дауыс берушілерге саяси партиялардың бағдарламалары таныстырылып, сайлауалды жұмыстар өз деңгейінде жүргізілген болатын. Сайлау барысын «Адам және табиғат» қоғамдық қорынан Т.Тәжібаев, «Қазақстанның азаматтық альянсы» қоғамдық ұйымынан Г.К. Левинцова, «НПК» қоғамдық қорынан А.К.Ильяшев сияқты бақылаушылар бақылап отырды,-дейді Ла-155/18 түзеу мекемесінің бастығы А.Джумадиев.
- Сайлаушылардың арасында жасы 18-ге толып, бірінші рет сайлауға қатысқандар да болды. Солардың бірі – Максимнің жасы жуырда ғана 18-ге толыпты. Қазақстан Республикасының Қылмыстық кодексі 106-бабы бойынша күдікке ілінген ол «Мен үшін бүгін қуанышты күн. Алғаш рет елімнің, жерімнің жарқын болашағы үшін өзім сенетін партияға дауыс бердім-дейді күдікті Максим.
